4.2 Game Rules and Integrity

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your 40jl account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Your Right to Close Your Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. We reserve the right to retain account closure requests for a reasonable cooling-off period in cases where problem gambling concerns are identified.

8.2 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate
